The implemented CDF adhesive system has never failed in over 20 years of use. CDF adhesive makes a chemical bond to the glass rather than being stuck to the glass like contact paper or a sticker. This increases optical clarity and life expectancy by adding durability and performance. Traditional pressure sensitive or “sticky” adhesive fails well before its time. This adhesive is still used by many manufacturers within the window film market. Although some manufacturers have begun to offer their version of the adhesive, none of them have withstood the test of time as the CDF adhesive system.
